Patti McGill is the Manager of TrueCare, a trusted provider of elder care and senior care services. With extensive experience managing Assisted Living and Memory Care Communities in Las Vegas and Fort Wayne, Patti joined TrueCare in December 2022 to bring her expertise to a more personalized setting. She oversees the daily operations of the Personal Service Agency and TrueCare Homes, ensuring seniors receive exceptional care tailored to their unique needs.

Patti personally meets each new client to develop individualized Care Plans, helping seniors maintain their independence and dignity. Her passion for elder care stems from her deep understanding of the challenges many seniors face when leaving their homes for traditional assisted living. Through TrueCare, Patti is dedicated to offering the support seniors need to stay in their homes and neighborhoods, sometimes for years longer than expected.

The most rewarding part of Patti’s role is seeing the impact of her team’s dedication to senior care. Each day, she takes pride in knowing that TrueCare staff are improving the quality of life for seniors and their families.

Outside of work, Patti enjoys cooking, traveling across Europe, and spending time with her friends and family. She also shares her life with her 13-year-old Poodle, Phoebe, who brings joy to residents at TrueCare Homes. With her leadership, TrueCare continues to set the standard for elder care and senior care, providing compassionate, quality support for aging individuals.
