TrueCare Homes are a fresh alternative to institutional stays, like nursing homes or memory care units. Our TrueCare Homes welcome four residents each and provide round-the-clock care for seniors who cannot safely live at home including those with a diagnosis of dementia like Alzheimer’s or other memory care issues, as well as those needing end-of-life care. We work in conjunction with Home Health and Hospice Agencies.
Nestled into established neighborhoods in Auburn, Indiana, living in a TrueCare Home is home when living alone is no longer a safe option.

TrueCare Homes are well-furnished and beautifully maintained single-family homes in great neighborhoods. TrueCare’s Professional Caregivers are onsite round-the-clock and, with no more than four residents per home, are well able to assist with each resident’s personalized care plan.
Residents can decorate their private bedrooms with their own belongings, photographs and mementos. We also encourage residents to participate in daily household activities like cooking, gardening and bird feeding and watching. Regular events are scheduled for the residents like visiting pets and artists.
