At-Home Care
Our signature, in-home care. TrueCare Seniors provides hands-on assistance to seniors, allowing them to maintain independence in their own homes. Our experienced and mature Professional Caregivers are reliable and ready to assist with a variety of needs such as shower assistance, dressing and grooming, medication reminders, transfer and walking assistance, cooking, housework and engaging in hobbies. They can also drive clients to things like social activities, appointments and shopping.
Shared Living Homes
Safe, comfortable shared living homes for seniors. TrueCare Homes are homes in neighborhoods where up to four seniors live together to maintain community and receive round-the-clock professional personal care.
Consistent Care
At TrueCare, we ensure you’ll always receive consistent and reliable care from a friendly face.
Professional Staff
Our passionate Professional Caregivers are second to none. We thoroughly screen and vet every staff member and provide classroom and ongoing skills training with a focus in dementia care.
Individualized Plans
Every TrueCare client receives an individualized care plan that evolves as their needs change. We regularly review client care plans and amend them to add or scale back services, as necessary.
Locally Owned
TrueCare is locally owned and operated by J. Bryan Nugen, an Estate Planning and Elder Law attorney. Not a franchise, we have offices in Auburn and Fort Wayne to conveniently serve northeast Indiana.
